Hotel Policy:

Check-in begins at 
4:00 pm. Check-out is required by 11:00 am. All registered hotel guests must present a valid, state-issued, Photo ID or Passport.

*Request for early check-in may be subject to an additional charge, in the event that you arrive early, you may store your bags at the front desk until your room is ready.


A major credit card is required at check-in for a $150 deposit for incidentals (cash is not accepted for incidentals).

A 3.25% credit card fee accounts for the processing fees for the credit card per transaction. The hotel does not keep any service fees.


The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be the one checking in upon arrival.

The District Hotel is a smoke-free and pet-free hotel. Any evidence of smoking or pets in the room will incur a $300 excessive clean-up fee.

Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.


Guarantee Policy:

A major credit card is required to cover the full amount at the time of booking to be guaranteed. 


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM EST three days prior to arrival (72 hours) to avoid a full amount charge.  No SAME-DAY Cancellation.
